It was nice to have good coffee and bacon in the morning. My double room was classically decorated in a loverly garden with a nice variety. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to need in Venice Would absolutely stay here again, boats and the canal in Venice. I didn't want to say goodbye and would return anytime.

I stayed 3 nights and would love to return when visiting Italy. Greatly enjoyed how good small the property was. I ate at a friendly restaurant for evening meals. The location was perfect and comfortable and the public parking was nearby. The area had a huge variety of lovely restaurants and cafés.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and have excellent view on the inner garden. The bed is very comfy, slept really good. The location is great and gorgeous, right by the train station by foot and glass blowing factory on Murano island. Santa Croce district is worth looking into.

Accommodation was fairly large and pleasant with absolutely kind staff on the reception desk. The daily breakfast was absolutely superb and tasty with in the beautiful gardens, pastries and prosecco. The hotel was set in a very central area near to the Venice canals and public parking, the water bus routes along the Grand Canal and car parking station, road, rail and water transport. Besides, the place was a short way from Arte Daniele Lucchetta.
